Communication must show care in communication = Communicare

Everyday we talk a lot with one or many regarding different topics; sometimes with purpose, sometimes without purpose. Humans are so gregarious by nature that they would like to speak a lot and expression is his/her favourite time-pass. He/She would never lose a single opportunity to express or impress someone without thinking a bit about the situation from the other side. On the other side also there is a human who is eager to express himself as intently as you are doing. 

Question comes here is: If people are going to keep on expressing and impressing each other without consideration, what is the real essence of communication? What is the real value of communication when everyone is eagerly waiting for their turn to speak/open up? 

The purpose of communication, according to M.Scott Pack:  "The Overall purpose of human communication is- or should be- reconciliation. It should ultimately serve to lower or remove the walls of misunderstanding which unduly separate us human beings, one from another." I think this define the essence of communication: to communicate= to care. 

By the act of communication, we not only care of ourselves but also care for those who are communicating with us. Are we really doing this? If yes, congratulation! If not, it is time to change ourselves as change starts from us only.
