Pain from My Perspectives
What is pain?
Pain is a sensation which is uncomfortable and makes us feel miserable comparing the conditions of us with others. It is a unique condition which provides unique perspectives on life. Pain makes us, break us, remould us and help us to rebound ourselves if taken sensibly and intuitively. The suffering which is brought by the pain is the indication: it is a pure clear indication: “I will make you or break you, let me know how I will treat you.” Pain also works as a cleaner or intensifier. It is a catalyst which makes the things very clear and distils us. It is very painful that we are suffering from the years from the various types of pains but never understand how it will help.
Maker or Breaker:
There are two approaches to handle these pains: either we endure them and curse the luck, or we understand the significance of occurrences of the patterns and make meanings out of them. Many people drag their life throughout in pain and curse their fate and destiny. Not much favourable solutions but you and I both have done same at some point of time in life. Can’t argue with this, hmm? But many unfortunate or fortunate beings (I don’t know), are very particular in understanding the patterns of pain and realize the significance of pain in their life. Their lives get changed due to the cleansing process that pain has started.
It is the unique condition which really testifies to all your beliefs and whims. It makes you open to your own selves, that who you are, what your strengths and limitations are. In nutshell, pain brings the realistic pictures of yourself in front of you in such some brutally honest manners that you yourself first reject your real identity.
Parting thoughts:
The moments of weakness can be the moments of strengths; the moments of chaos can be the moments of progress. Think!
Harsh Reality of Life:
Much of the intention was given to physical pain, we have medicines of all kinds to cure the physical pain but there is not much focus found on the emotional pain. There is not much done about the emotional suffering of the human beings. What can be the solutions according to you?

ReplyDeleteIts true physical pain can be cured to a large extent with the medical advancement. Emotional sufferring can be to cured if not cured can be reduced with a strong support from.your loved ones or some great friends who are always there to.boost you up and don't let you suffer. ReplyDeleteGood thought-provoking article, Bhavinbhai. To treat and relieve the emotional pain, one must exercise forgiveness. It's soothing and healing the emotional hurts and wounds. I recommend forgiveness meditation, a Hawaiian technique named ho'oponopono.
ReplyDeleteVery profound thoughts. As per my meager knowledge and limited understanding, both our emotions and analysis power are linked intricately and the centers of both lie in the brain. Why should pain be considered as a pain always, as an obstacle, as a debilitating factor ? Pain and understanding of the cause and effect has always lead to the birth of all leading lights of humanity. Be it Gautama Buddha or Mahatma Gandhi. I do not,of course advocate, seeking pain. That would be masochistic. For us,regular people resolution of the issue of pain lies in its acceptance and make an analysis in terms of its cause and effect. And this will only be taught by time.
